The only way is movement

"Not all species on our planet have brains, so if we want to know what the brain is for, let's think about why we evolved one. Now you may reason that we have one to perceive the world or to think, and that's completely wrong. If you think about this question for any length of time, it's blindingly obvious why we have a brain. We have a brain for one reason and one reason only, and that's to produce adaptable and complex movements. There is no other reason to have a brain. Think about it. Movement is the only way you have of affecting the world around you. Now that's not quite true. There's one other way, and that's through sweating. But apart from that, everything else goes through contractions of muscles So think about communication -- speech, gestures, writing, sign language -- they're all mediated through contractions of your muscles. So it's really important to remember that sensory, memory and cognitive processes are all important, but they're only important to either drive or suppress future movements."

"And the fundamental idea is you want to plan your movements so as to minimize the negative consequence of the noise. And one intuition to get is actually the amount of noise or variability I show here gets bigger as the force gets bigger. So you want to avoid big forces as one principle. So we've shown that using this, we can explain a huge amount of data -- that exactly people are going about their lives planning movements so as to minimize negative consequences of noise."

As soon as all effort disappears

Simplicity, simplicity! How sweet is the purity of Thy presence!
As soon as all effort disappears from a manifestation, it becomes very simple, with the simplicity of a flower opening, manifesting its beauty and spreading its fragrance without clamor or vehement gesture. And in this simplicity lies the greatest power, the power which is least mixed and least gives rise to harmful reactions.
The power of the vital should be mistrusted, it is a tempter on the path of the work, and there is always a risk of falling into its trap, for it gives you the taste of immediate results; and, in our first eagerness to do the work well, we let ourselves be carried away to make use of this power. But very soon it deflects all our action from the right course and introduces a seed of illusion and death into what we do.

Flowers - Their spiritual significance

There is light inside a man of light

24 His disciples said: "Show us the place where you are, because it is necessary for us to seek it." He said to them: "Whoever has ears should hear!  There is light inside a man of light, and he shines on the whole world. If he does not shine, there is darkness."

52 His disciples said to him: "Twenty-four prophets have spoken in Israel, and all (of them) have spoken through you." He said to them, "You have disregarded the living one who is in your presence, and have spoken of the dead."

Gospel of Thomas

May the eternal sky acquire the form of the Earth absorbing Samsara into the empty field of absolute potential and freedom
